Membership & Class Update (Effective 1 March 2026)
From 1st March 2026, all training sessions will be based exclusively at our Helensville location.
All memberships will continue to offer flexibility, allowing students to mix up their classes or attend alternative days when needed.
If your regular training day falls on a public holiday, we encourage you to attend another class during the week to make up for the missed session.
If an instructor is unavailable to teach due to illness or because they are away coaching at a Taekwondo tournament, we ask that students please attend an alternative class that week where possible. If you are unable to do so, you may use your catch-up option the following week.
We look forward to continuing to train and support all our students at our Helensville club.
We understand that personal circumstances and schedules can change from time to time.
Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 2–3 weeks. Requests for longer hold periods will only be approved in exceptional circumstances, such as injury, medical reasons, or pre-planned holidays.
Please note that memberships cannot be placed on hold for an entire term due to changes in personal availability, location preferences, or scheduling conflicts. In these situations, the membership will need to be cancelled.
All membership cancellations require 21 days’ written notice via email. Notice periods apply from the date the written request is received.
You are always welcome to rejoin in a future term, subject to availability.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain fairness and consistency for all members.
